If an item is unavailable after purchase www.ibodyboard.com.au shall contact you via email or phone. If a item is out of stock from our suppliers we will contact you to discuss options such as alternatives or back ordering the item for you. If this is not suitable your transaction will be reversed and monies credited to you via PAYPAL, money order, EFT or cheque.

Please be advised that every care is taken to ensure that the products pictured are exactly the same as ordered. However in some circumstances the manufacturer may alter, change or improve the product or alters the colour [e.g. Board colours] prior to shipping. WARRANTY CLAIMS

The majority of items have manufacturer warranty if you have a genuine claim contact us by email and we will take action to contact the manufacturer to seek a resolution. The manufacturer may reserve the right to repair or replace items covered under warranty.

NO bodyboard from any manufacturer is covered for creasing, bubbling, popped stringers or misuse. Please check the manufacturers conditions supplied and contained in the packaging supplied with your bodyboard.

In some circumstances the buyer for warranty cases is responsible for any payment of shipping costs to return the product to the manufacturer.
