Returns Policy

We understand that you may be nervous about purchasing online so we combine a fair returns policy and payment system to deliver the best possible service to you and total peace of mine when purchasing at IBODYBOARD.

We gladly accept returns at ibodyboard.com.au but first please read the conditions below as they must be met. If you are unsure or have any questions please contact us by email: sales@ibodyboard.com.au

IBODYBOARD.COM.AU will glady accept returns if the criteria below are met:

The item must be reurned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, completely unused.

The goods must be returned and in the possesion of ibodyboard.com.au prior to any approved refund or partial refund being made.

We do not refund,credit or exchange if you change your mind or where the recepient doesn't like the  purchase or you have selected the wrong item. We also do not refund if goods are delayed in transit and are delivered in full to your nominated address by the carrier. 

ll goods are shipped from our warehouse to your door so you save time and money. Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination.Generally you will receive the parcel in one to five business days however delays may occur. We will attempt to advise you of any delays we are aware of promptly however these delays are beyond our control. Such delays are not grounds for a refund whilst goods are in transit and have not been confirmed as lost or returned to us. No refund shall be paid until the delivery issue is settled with the carrier under any circumstances.

Clothing that was purchased and you have worn it or washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage or colour fading due to washing or wearing is not a valid reason for returning clothing.

Once any item has been used, worn, washed, ridden or altered it is deemed a no longer new and a used product and can not be returned unless a manufacturering fault is evident.

For any returns the buyer must request the return by email sales@ibodyboard.com.au or use our returns request portal in your profile just log in and enter the details it's simple and fast.

Please include your name, contact number and email when contacting us about a returned item.

WETSUIT & RASH SHIRT RETURNS:

We do understand that sometimes wetsuits just don't fit so exchanges for correct size on wetsuits are allowed but the following must be met:

You should try on your new wetsuit product (s) in a clean, dry place, free any dust, dirt or other contaminates. Save the packaging and do not remove the tags as these are to be intact if you need to return and/or exchange the product.

Once a wetsuit has been used (gotten wet or dirty) we can not accept a return. So check it before you use it in any way.

If your return is approved and meets the above criteria you can:

Exchange– If you wish to exchange a product and meet the criteria contained here we will obtain an alternate item for you. If applicable we will charge/credit the difference to your account, and you the buyer are responsible for shipping costs on returning the original item to us, and the shipping on the new item as well.

You the buyer are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns except if an item is damaged upon receipt or ibodyboard.com.au has shipped the incorrect item. In this case, you may be asked to ship the item back at your expense and we will credit your account for the return shipping costs at a maximum of equal to what we paid to ship it to you only. If the item originally had free shipping included, ibodyboard.com.au reserves the right to refund your funds less our cost to ship it to you [unless your return is due to damage upon receipt of goods.]


Damaged Items Upon Receipt- if goods are damaged when you initially receive them you must save all the packaging the goods were enclosed in and email us to report the damage.Goods left exposed to weather or in other unsuitable locations are exempt from refund or replacement and are the buyers responsibility. We suggest you send a picture with your email to us explaining the damage.
